UCB - PA0010 Clinical Research Study
This is a study to demonstrate the clinical efficacy, safety and tolerability of bimekizumab administered subcutaneously (sc) compared with placebo in the treatment of subjects with active Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA).
Eighteen Years and Older
Adult onset Psoriatic Arthritis
Potential Placebo for 16-Weeks
Total Duration is 73 Weeks
$55 Per Visit, $1,925 Max
Patients who screen and then enroll in the study will receive:
- Doctor Assessements
- Lab work and Safety Follow-ups
- Study drug (active, comparator or placebo)
- $55.00 per completed study visit ($1,925 Maximum for the course of the study.)
Study Duration for Patients
The total study duration is approximately 73-weeks which consists of approximately 29 visits during the course of the study.
The study consists of three periods:
- Screening Period (2 to 5 weeks before the treatment starts) to see if you are eligible to participate in the study.
- Study Treatment Period (52 weeks). This Study Treatment period includes Double-Blind Study Treatment Period (16 weeks) and Active Study Treatment-Blind Period (36 weeks).
- Safety Follow-Up Visit (SFU visit) (20 weeks, after the last dose of study drug) and is applicable only for the subjects who do not enter the open-label extension study or if you leave the study.
